Tim Burke has tried numerous cases to verdict and argued before the New Jersey Supreme Court, the Appellate Division of the Superior Court of New Jersey, and the United States Court of Appeals for the Second Circuit. Tim has represented clients before such State and Federal agencies such as the United States Department of Labor, the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission, the New Jersey Division on Civil Rights and the New Jersey Department of Labor & Workforce Development.

Bill Flahive has litigated matters in United States District Court, the Third Circuit of the United States Court of Appeals, the New Jersey Superior Court, Law, Chancery and Appellate Divisions, Municipal Courts throughout the state, the Office of Administrative Law, before the Public Employment Relations Commission and in arbitrations conducted pursuant to State collective negotiations agreements and the American Arbitration Association.
